Launch Internet Explorer Click on the "Tools" pull down menu and select "Internet Options"

Click "Settings" under the Browsing History found on the General Tab(window) .Select

"Everytime I visit the Webpage" button .Then click "OK"

You then return to the General Tab (window)

Click Browsing History "delete" button. In the new window click "delete" button

under the Temporary Internet Files heading.

Click "YES" at the prompt.

Then click "OK" on the Internet Tools Window.
